Jerome Record is a veteran government affairs, campaign, and community engagement strategist with more than 15 years of experience managing legislative offices, advising elected officials, and leading high-impact civic initiatives. His career spans retail management, service in the Michigan State House, and seven years as a Community Liaison for a Detroit City Council At-Large member—where he oversaw constituent services, community outreach, policy coordination, and executive office operations.
